Several offices are available at the Human Services Center for government and non-profit agencies providing human services. The selection criteria include perceived community need, free service to low-income residents, direct services, client volume and hours, and a referral network with current tenants. The goal is to ensure that applying agencies’ services complement rather than duplicate those of existing agencies.
