Hospice of the Conejo is a charity organization which sponsors the Padres/Compadres program,
a program designed to help families endure when someone they love is dying or has already died.
- Hospice will provide the following support to families at no cost:
- They lend wheelchairs, walkers, and canes.
- They help you find community support.
- They are there for you after a loved one dies.
