The officers and trustees of Community Conscience are pleased to introduce to the community Robin Britt who, starting January 13, is the first Executive Director of Community Conscience. Robin has worked in the non-profit sector for over a decade and has experience in organizing charitable events including book, food, and toy drives, beach clean-ups and marathons, and in organizing charitable activities such as making blankets for kids in transition to foster care, preparing sack lunches for the needy, and delivering valentines to seniors who are in assisted living. Most recently she worked at Cars 4 Causes as Assistant to the Executive Director and Donation Department Manager. Not only does she bring extensive experience in working with non-profits, she also brings great enthusiasm. Her philosophy in life is “Rather than complain about the status quo, be the change you want to see in the world.” (click on title to read more)
