The Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce presented Community Conscience with the 2014 Non-Profit of the Year award on February 28th 2014. The Annual Recognition Gala was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village. We were honored to receive this award recognizing outstanding organizations and individuals for their commitment to making the greater Conejo Valley community a better place to live and work. Community Conscience’s President, Cheryl Klepper, accepted the award on behalf of the organization.

Fifteen social service agencies operate rent-free at our 22,000 square-foot building, providing them with approximately $300,000 in savings per year they can otherwise use to deliver services.
Each month those agencies serve nearly 80,000 people annually.
