In addition, please tell us how you want your name(s) listed on the table place card and what you want on your poster sign in the lobby area. Send logos or photos to be used on our website, newsletter, annual report, program book, and continuous slide show during the dinner.
- On Saturday, February 23rd, check-in starts at 5:00 pm at the Hyatt Regency, 880 S. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village.
- Go to the check-in table at the event and give your name to receive your table number.
- Dress is Black Tie Optional.
- Please contact us if you or your guests would prefer the vegetarian option or if you have other special dietary concerns.
